A Harper's Top 50 UK Sommelier, Phil is highly regarded in the Edinburgh wine scene. Recently, as Head Sommelier at Fhior, he designed a unique list of interesting and delicious wines to pair with the restaurant's Scottish-focused fine dining cuisine.

Phil's passion for wine, extensive wine knowledge, and 20 years of wine buying experience in top restaurants in Scotland and Canada make him a trusted source for all things wine.
